When I started going to Taco Casa in Gunbarrel City and Crandall Texas about two years ago the portions of the beef burrito and bean burritos were worth the cost of the food. Each was full of meat or beans with plenty of cheese. Each visit it has been less and less. Today I went to the Crandall srore and when I received my food I tore off half of the tortilla of each one to even get to the filling and it had no cheese in either one. I'm so done! Why do I not go back up and tell the manager... I've worked fast food, I know what happens to your food. I cannot believe it cost $6 for this unbelievable awful food it's even still cold!

Went to Taco Casa #71, Lewisville, Tx. 972-459-****! @9:30pm, ordered 2 tacos & 1 Tostada! We waited in line, 4 vehicles ahead of us, until 9:57pm! Got our order took it home & it was awful!Taco shells we’re old tasting, Tostada was no good either! We’ll Never go back to this location again!! Don’t see how you’re in business!

I have been a Taco Casa guru since the mid 80's when they opened in Gainesville Texas. My 3 super toastados looked like they weremaking them for a pig at store #74 @ 8:18 p.m. I spoke with the manager who suggested that maybe i shook the bag up on the drive home .... but if i made the drive back 4 miles she would make me more. Its late my grandkids were hungry and tired...she didnt act like she hadany remorse but instead blamed it all on me. Poor management and I didnt even eat mine because it was sloppy.

Why is it that I pay almost $7 for a taco salad and can only get one salsa??? My salad goes up $.64+ cents to get a second one??? How does this make any sense? Tired of coming and being told I have to use the taco sauce to not blow almost $8 for a salad... blue colored workers are your clients mainly, and we don’t get pay raises... especially teachers. So why can’t I have an extra salsa??? It doesn’t cost anything to produce and tastes like picante out of the jar for a few bucks in the grocery store. Soenlettuce would be nice too... I remember back in the day, it wasn’t like this... it actually was a legit taco salad!

poor counter service. I watched 2 employees walk past a customer waiting at the counter for their order to be corrected....My order of nachos was mediocre. The cheese was already separating before i arrived home.

Horrible experience! Order wrong & rude staff

I live in the small town of Graham, TX and we are very limited on choices. Typically our TC is efficient & friendly. However, today was not that day. The new hire working the drive through is terrible at customer service and should not have that position. Original order: (2) meat burritos w/ no sauce (2) bean burritos w/ no sauce (1) large root beer - I’d order, she’d repeat it wrong, I’d correct her then she’d repeat the corrected part write but another portion of the order would be wrong (repeated 3 times). Finally she just stopped repeating my order, said the amount owed & told us to pull up. While at the window she finally repeated my order correctly! I paid for the food and stupidly didn’t check the order until we got home (15 mi). We had... (1) meat burrito (1) bean burrito We were charged for... (2) meat burritos (1) bean burrito (1) large sweet tea (1) large root beer Drove back to have her act very rude and almost act like it was my fault. Anyways, it was a terrible experience and there is more to the story but it’s a lot to add.

Yelling in my face to customer across the room!

Jan 2019.Holy cow.! I just stepped up to order..waiting to be acknowledged. Lady manager type, in front of me by 12 inches, yelled right into my face to customer clear across room behind me.. I said "excuse me"? She said..no, not you.. I said, "please please don't scream into my face towards someone else". Not even an apology.. There was only 3 of us in the restaurantat the time! Please please explain to this really young staff that is very inconsiderate and rude to yell in a customers face..love the food.. But the customer service is lacking.

The difference between the two Taco Casa's in Denton is significant. Also, it is significant at the University site, alone. The amount of ingredients is what i mean. Some circumstances, the added sour cream is detectible, others one os not sure sour cream has been added, etc. each item in the item sour cream has been added.

Poor customer service

I came into your Taco Casa in Ardmore Oklahoma. I presented my order to the young lady which was a tostada and a super taco. The tostada was the original one not the one off your menu in the middle. I paid I paid and stepped out of the way. I observed the lady in the line making my order, when she was done she called my name, I asked her did you put sour cream one it? Hatefully she walked off saying something under breath. This point I would like to speak with the manager, this lady said she wanted to speak to the manager!. The same hatful yelled at this young lady “saying” if you would if taken the order correctly maybe the we would not have this problem “ at that point I tell the hateful lady this young lady did Not take my order!!3 generally felt bad for this young lady. I asked for my money back. The manager did not even off to make it right. Heck if she would said I apologize let me put some sour cream in it that would have worked. Nothing! I drove to Taco Bell to get my lunch. That was totally uncalled for. As the manager was trying to get my refund, no apologies.

Drive through was horrible had to repeat my self several times turned car off and still repeated with her referring to my order under a completely different item not even on the menu , when requested her name was advised they don’t give out first name asked for a manager and he was just as rude when asked for a number for a district manger was given a number but to later find out it was his friend / coworker that I saw take my call when advised I wanted a correct number I was advised if I didn’t leave they would call garland pd

Great Job!

Went through the drive thru around 5 p.m. at store #79. The guy in front of me ordered 2 dozen "specialized" tacos. Thought it'd take forever. The staff was on point, though, and blazed through the order quickly, so i got my food fast, too! Special shout out to Virginia working the window, she was awesome!
