Lewisville Worst Location

I love Taco Casa I have always had great Experiences with This chain. Until I visited the Lewsiville TX location a few times. This location has the worst service ever. I have done some recon and visited this location a number of times at different times of the day and different days of the week. I have narrowed the customer service problem down to one thing. Its the *** they hire. to the Milners who own this location. Stop hiring ***. they are slow, rude, loud, obnoxious and nobody wants to work with ***. Thats why you are always looking for people.

When you order a super tostada you really like to have what the description gives you not a mound of lettus. If you are out of ingredients it would be a sound business to let your customers know! :(

we have not been to a taco casa in a great while reason being,the price of their tacos going up .from 99 cents to $ 1.09 to $ 1.19 to now $ 1.69 . what a crock ,the same little taco almost two dollars. thats price gouging for sure .also ordered a order of nachos and we told the guy at the window we wanted chili peppers and onions with the nachos that is about the only menu item they use hot peppers with guess what no peppers no onions with my order .hope they go broke i want be back thats the GARLAND TX BROADWAY STORE

Their attitude is the best. I sometimes just get a drink and they think treat me the same as when I buy food. What smiles. They wish me a great day that is genuine. Ordered 11 crispy tacos. Hardly any meat on them. Nothing but Taco Shell. Complained to manager she looked at me like I said nothing. Starting going through tacos touching all & tried to give them bk to me. I declined & asked for my $ back. New location in Plano off of Legacy will not be opened long. I'll drive all the way to Allen for better food. They will not be opened for long. Manger should take customer service class.

Taking money out of till

July 12,2017 watch manager take $100 out of the register while my children watched as I was placing our order. My son said is that stealing. The employee says he does it frequent. Has a addiction problem. But I can't say anything or loose my job. It was extremely hot also. The helpers at the food service bar where sweating over the food. She said the A/C has been out in the back for two months. What a manager! She said they need a job so are afraid to say anything. How unprofessional. We apologized and said we will go eat somewhere else.

Complaint bad service still waiting on my refund

On April 29,2017 at 8pm I went to Taco Casa in Fort Worth 1121 Bridgewood Dr. I went through the drive through placed my order when I got to the window I paid and realizes my order was incorrect before leaving the window I told the lady she rung up my order again and charged my card a second time I did not want to do that so she got the manager who was very rude he explained that they had to do it that way so I gave my card again was charged 2 times he stated I would get my refund back within 24 hours still to day I have not got my refund back so I paid for my food twice. I have tried to call corporate office on numerous occasions and left messages but no response. I have contacted the store but they keep saying I will get it this is bad business. One price was 7.96 that was suppose to be the refund the other price was 8.82

store 84 complaint on this employee working at taco casa in cleburne, texas at the above location. this person listed above should be appreciated for all her hard work. she runs this store listed above by opening the store at 7:30 daily and she does just about everything and has been not been recognized at all or given a raise for her hard work. I think she should be promoted as well. i am a regular customer that comes in daily and sees all the bad, and the way she is treated. please followup on this complaint. please help this employee in order to keep her at taco casa. great employees are hard to come by.

Dec 30, 2016...I had order my food, even had a nice conversation with the lady with dark hair who served me through drive thru-about my kids, etc. make long story short she gave me the bag and my receipt- so, I'm thinking to trust everything was in the sack- when I left and got to my destination and looked in the bag my order was incomplete - which meAns I had to get right back in my car and go all the way back up there!! Not to mention I waited in the drive thru which took forever!! By this time part of the order was getting cold to where I just wAnted a refund- some lady tells me to pull around because she had to contact Corp office in order to get my money back!!! So I park my car and go inside- lady tells me the bag was missing some nachos, etc ! Well, duh!! That's why I'm back up here!!! Y'all have video camera look and see that the girl did NOT give me my complete order like I trusted she would !! The lady and I had words_ and then she tried to challenge me by coming from behind the counter !! Co workers calmed the situation. I walked out and call 911 but since it wasn't a emergency police said they can't do anything -- I called Corp office to complain and I just get their recording! So I have no food !!and no Money!! Not to mention that as a customer if the lady would have apologized at the beginning for the mistake of her employee then maybe- but she never apologized at all- very unprofessional - trying to fight her customer- telling me this was her store, etc- just want my money back!

Guys I don't know why they said it was not an emergency, but the police somehow are friends with the restaurant, maybe they go there all the time or something? Anyways they were more concerned that I left my kids in the car than anything.

They told me I got a warning because I am not to leave my kids in the car since it is child abandonment. They told me that this was not an emergency because other customers say I was the one that was yelling and in the wrong.

They were more concerned about me leaving my kids in the car than anything. First of all I though I would be gone for a few minutes, and second, I was angry and I did not want them to overhear me swearing.

I agree you have a right to be upset when they did not refund your money, but seriously don't people know when and why to call 911 anymore? They teach this in school.

What if one of your children got seriously injured and could not get medical attention because someone called 911 for something just as silly as you. People 911 is used for emergencies, not because someone refuses to give you a refund for your cold food.

I personally don't think that this person is very bright. People do make mistakes and she should have checked her order before leaving so of course she would not know that not getting a refund is not an emergency.

I would tell her not to reproduce but it is already too late. I would have told her to check her food, but if she cannot figure out that you should not call 911 because someone did not refund her money, she is not going to check her order. The employee are only human.

Not to mention she is not perfect, there were times when she hit the cap lock key and put a capital A where it should not be. I am surprised she even knows how to operate a vehicle or use the internet with her intelligence.

I have to agree that she should get into trouble for calling 911 for this. If someone died because she is too *** to not know that this is an emergency she should be charged with manslaughter for wasting their time with her fake issue.

It would be ironic if she died of a heart attack because the ambulance could not get to her because someone else called 911 because of the same *** reason she called 911.

However if she left her kids in the car and went to the restaurant to complain, someone can call 911 on her for child abandonment. Either way if someone died because of her 911 call because they could not get the help they needed she should be charged with manslaughter.

Had every right to call 911 - when the woman came from behind the counter to try and fight a customer was a definite threat!! The police didn't see it as an emergency because noone got hurt since the employees helped calm the situation.

The taco meat is way to greasy. I got mu my husband 5 tacos meat and cheese only, and by the time I got home they were so soggy he couldn't even eat but a couple. We only live like 3 minutes from the Taco Casa. The one in Cleburne, Tx. So there is no reason why they should be that way. Spend all that money and you can't even eat them all. Managers need to make sure that grease is being drained from that meat.

Taco Casa Drive-through Review from Atkins, Arkansas

I was at taco Casa today between 1:13pm- 1:29 in Sherman ,Tx OMG !!! Took over 15 mins to get a sweet tea with 3 cars only in front of me.

Wasn't really upset about the wait, but once I got to the window my tea was seating there and the cashier walks off and starts talking to employees, does a little song and dance movement, then sticks her hands down her pants and starts scratching her rear end. She comes back to the window and hands me my tea after having her hand down her pants. Very concerned about health code issues going on here at this store. Not only that there was a trash can by the drive thru window with trash over flowing with flies flying around along with a very unclean dumpster area at back of store .

On top of that the manager was outside smoking !!! Very unprofessional !!! Sign states under new management !!!

Maybe it should state under new ownership. Thanks very concerned customer.

We were in the drive through today at about 6:30 to 7:00 in Sherman. With 3 cars ahead of us .

15 min later the first car in line left. I went inside while my wife stayed in line. There were people inside complaining it was taking to long. After 5 to 10 min went back to the truck and she still hadn't moved.

We went elsewhere.
