I received only meat, cheese, and sour cream for a super nacho order, no chips, no extra meat and only 2 of 4 tacos I ordered. I drive 30 mins back to taco casa for refund only to get offered casa bucks. Also told by manager that I would have to come back in morning for refund and drive another 30 minutes from my home. This is unacceptable!

Why do you want a full refund? If you get a refund it should only be on the food you did not get.

You should pay for what you ate. What is unacceptable if you eating the food, lying about what happened to get a refund.

I ordered food here at Taco Casa in Sherman Texas 122 p.m. October 28th I asked for a simple bean burrito and when I got it it was covered in lettuce I thought main burritos don't come with lettuce but on top of that the lettuce was wilted and nasty and horrible and made the burrito disgusting so I threw it away now my 30 minute lunch time to come and eat at my favorite place was ruined I'll have to seriously think about coming back it's not too much to ask for a simple burrito and if it's too busy for somebody to make one without lettuce then that means that they're sloppy and I wouldn't have them working in my business I don't even plan on taking the food back cuz it'll probably be the same way and my lunch is almost up anyway so nothing

Serious problem with the Lewisville location.

Drove through politely asked for a salad with no beans in the drive through. The young African American female seemed irritated. Once we pulled up to the window she attempted to charge me over 13.00 for a salad and water. We again politely asked her if the price was correct. The young lady stepped away and returned a few minutes later and charged us 7.59 for the salad. When I arrived at my home I opened my salad box to find a bowl of beans. I drove back to the store and took in my receipt asking for a refund. The young African American male told me the only way to reinforce it wax to take my card in the back room. I explained to him I was not comfortable with that and that I prefer he take care of it in front of me. He refused. My fiancé became very upset asking for cash. At that pint we felt threatened by the Three young African Americans working at the Lewisville location. We left in fear with no refund and no salad. This was absolutely most frightening experience I have ever had in any establishment.

They have not responded yet. I think the reason why because I put the same complaint into two different Arlington Texas locations. They still should have responded clarifying which location it happened at then resolved the issue.

Your employee trying to tell me how to order my food

My husband and I always go to taco casa on Crowley rd and I can't eat the tortilla. I can't eat bread. So I special order my Burrito without the flour burrito. The employee told me she can't do it. I said yes! You can and she said no again. I told her I always get this and she tells me No! You don't. She tells me she never made that. Who is she to tell me how to order my food. So we end up canceling the whole order from the drive thru. She said okay. Just as snappy as she was telling me what she's not going to do. We drove all the way to this Taco Casa and that wasn't professional at all.

Iv been get my order wrong four time from them and today they took the food back in the window knowing the covid-19 is still going around and they side next time they will have to charge me for them to remake it after the side it's right and it's the one in Sherman Texas they are very rude

I don't know why you think during a pandemic it's okay to raise your prices. People always went because you were decently price. For what I pay now, I'm better off going to whataburger. I sincerely hope you listen or either lose your customers cause you lost me with your I only care about the business mindset. Y'all got plenty of money for pandemic. Disappointed.

None of the employees were wearing their mask right. They all had them around neck under chin nose and mouth were not covered. They were also playing vulgar rap music.

I'm a known customer to Taco Casa been going since they opened up in Cincinnati. But the one in Norwood Ohio is very bad services. I wish I could send you a picture of this taco salads I just purchased. I have never ever got a taco salad from Taco Casa like this. I asked for the manager and he came and looked at it like there was nothing wrong. I can't believe this salad looks like this

Don't waste your money.

Taco Casa in Granbury has to be the most poorly managed store in the franchise. Waited in drive thru 10 minutes to place my order just to be cut off while starting to give my order and was told that due to the rain that I needed to pull around to lane one to place my order. Well I couldn't pull around due to the 3 cars in front of me that were allowed to place their orders ahead of me. All the while it was raining. After sitting through 2 of the 3 car receiving their order a woman who claimed to be a field supervisor came out in the rain and asked to take my order. I asked her why I couldn't have given my order the time I attempted before I was cut off. She stated the lane was closed due to weather. I asked her for a corporate number to file a complaint she said she didn't have a number. So I went around the building and went inside to place my order. After placing my order she came up and told me that she had called someone, and they would be here shortly. Again I asked for a corporate phone number to file a complaint. Again she stated that she didn't have a number for me to call. I asked her so after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru just to have you not allow me to place my order that I'm supposed to wait here longer just to wait to tell an unknown someone that she doesn't know the first thing about customer service or how to properly supervise a fast food establishment. No, thank you. I will take my business where it's appreciated.

Taco Casa - Extremely unsatisfied
I purchased a $12.50 large taco salad from the franchise in Cincinnati in Walnut Hills. I asked for extra mild sauce and received two tiny cups one half full one a third full for this large salad. I called and spoke to the manager who was completely unconcerned and when i told him my issue he said " ok" the sauce is free maybe someone missed that you wanted extra. I said these cups aren't even filled. He offered no apology and said well you can come back and get some i explained I livebon the other side of town. He did not offer me any other solution or concern. I will not ever go back there and will let it be known about that particular franchise...constsntly.
