I ordered food here at Taco Casa in Sherman Texas 122 p.m. October 28th I asked for a simple bean burrito and when I got it it was covered in lettuce I thought main burritos don't come with lettuce but on top of that the lettuce was wilted and nasty and horrible and made the burrito disgusting so I threw it away now my 30 minute lunch time to come and eat at my favorite place was ruined I'll have to seriously think about coming back it's not too much to ask for a simple burrito and if it's too busy for somebody to make one without lettuce then that means that they're sloppy and I wouldn't have them working in my business I don't even plan on taking the food back cuz it'll probably be the same way and my lunch is almost up anyway so nothing

Mask and music
The employees from Taco Casa in Mesquite Texas on Galloway were not wearing no mask only one person

Why do you want a full refund? If you get a refund it should only be on the food you did not get.
You should pay for what you ate. What is unacceptable if you eating the food, lying about what happened to get a refund.
He told you the solution.. Want your refund, drive back.
Not happy, don't go back.
Problem solved. You should do everyone a favor and eat home more often.
But they cannot take the food back because they are lying and actually at the food. Sadly people try to lie for free food all the time on this site.
